The Neutralising Cream+ is Step 2 of the lash lift application procedure. It will set the broken-down bonds to be reconstructed into a new shape to create the ultimate lift.

Length and fullness can increase by a minimum of 20-30% after the initial treatment. Ongoing sessions will further enhance length, fullness, and thickness.
