1: Preparation- Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with our RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free and dry.
- Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops Oxidant 3% cream. Mix for at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant cream.
- Afterwards, apply it to the eyebrows.
- Application time: depending on the desired lighting effect: 5-20 minutes 5 minutes: one shade lighter
- 12 minutes: two shades lighter
- 20 minutes: three shades lighter
- Remove bleaching paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
