This device works effectively and safely on various hair and skin types. It works on naturally dark blonde, brown and black coloured hair and a variety of skin tones varying from pale white to dark brown. It is not recommended for treating white, grey, light blonde or red hair and is unsuitable for dark skin.

1-7 intensity levels Levels 1-2 are recommended for sensitive areas such as the face, and levels 3-7 are recommended for areas with coarse hair.
