Lash Extension Liquids

By now you’ve realised there a SO many lash adhesives on the market, some are questionable, but that’s a conversation for another day. And if you're new, I’m sure by now you’ve already bought so many different ones to try. And yet you’re still having bad retention, stickies, glue dots and stinging eyes.

Let’s quickly break this down:

Rapid Bond – We’ve been selling it for over 5 years. Most bought item (after lash trays). No stinging, excellent retention, smallest amount needed and quick drying. (Disclaimer: Lots of other suppliers have used the same name “rapid bond” but I can promise you it’s not the same and we are not associated with them at all)

Banana Thick – Very similar to Rapid Bond. Banana scented. A little thicker in consistency, still quick drying and it lasts longer after opening.

Icey Bond – Its clear, quick drying, excellent retention- recommend for classics and coloured lashes.

What we don’t recommend:

You could be an amazing lash artist, using top quality lashes but your glue could be ruining your work and your reputation. When choosing a lash adhesive choose wisely. Look for recommendations and proven results.

Lash Priming 

When I hear, "I was never taught to prime", I cringe!!! How can you stick anything without priming?

Oh, you lash bath? A lash wash removes the top layer of dirt and keeps them clean. It's not strong enough to strip the natural lashes from natural oils. There are too many active ingredients. It is developed to clean, not strip.

A lash primer is used before lash extension application to remove surface oil, dirt, and makeup residue from the natural lashes for a superior hold, PH balance and retention of lash extensions.

 Application:

• Witch hazel is used to clean the area where you'll be sticking things. Lashes, Lids, under the eye, cheek, above the brows and sides of the face. It's a toner and it safely removes dirt and oil.
• Folded paper towel on the forehead. This is for hygienic reasons. You won't be touching the client's face for 2 hours.
• Apply Lash Pads and Tape
• Lash Mattifier – Prime Lahes
• Dry Lashes – Holding the fan above the eyes to push the fumes away.
• Map your style and apply!

Gone are the days when we tell clients not to wet their lashes!

Lash Bonder is the holly grail of all lash must-haves! This product is the best product you can use for your clients. It is magic in a bottle.

What does it do? - It cures adhesives!
What does that mean? - Increases Retention, Reduces Sensitivity, Clients can wet their lashes sooner.
Curing lashes in a salon reduces the risk of lash mistreatment, potentially causing bad retention.

Application:

• After lash application, fan dry lashes well for 3-5 minutes
• Apply 2-3 drops of bonder to a long head micro brush
• Apply product to the base of lash extensions (where the adhesive is)
• Either air or fan dry for 2-4 mins while the client's eyes are closed.

Lash Removers come in different forms, colours and consistencies.

We offer our customers two types.
Cream -Excellent for beginners and intermediate artists. Slower to activate, thicker, less potent.
Jelly- For experienced and confident artists. Quicker to activate, thinner, potent.

There are many types on the market. We dont recommend the liquid types, as they are too runny and as always, If you can't read the ingredients, dont use them. Ensure the business you purchase it from is registered with the Australian Industrial Chemical Introduction Scheme (AICIS)
